Where Ambition
Thrives

You were never meant to choose between being well and doing well.

Eastwood Global has partnered with High Performance Systems to bring live performance nutrition and mindset coaching into a real academic education. For students aged 11 to 18.

Two live sessions a month Ages 11 to 18 Term 1, 2026-27 Included for every student
Eastwood Global // The Partnership

Real school.
Real wellbeing.

Eastwood Global has partnered with High Performance Systems, a high performance education provider that has worked with student athletes and sport academies including Desert Vipers, Empire Rugby Academy and Aspire Gymnastics. HPS is now Eastwood Global's official high performance education partner, delivering a live curriculum in performance nutrition and performance mindset, with a session every two weeks.

This is not a wellness add-on bolted onto an existing timetable. It is the same model Eastwood Global already built for its elite student athletes: live small classes, flexible scheduling, and a structure that works around a student's training calendar rather than against it. This partnership extends that promise from timetable to curriculum, teaching the habits behind performance with the same rigour as any other subject.

Eastwood Global // What Changes

Four things your child gets that most schools do not offer

01

Real school, real wellbeing

A fully accredited academic education that treats wellbeing as a taught subject, not an assembly topic once a term. One of only seven schools in the world allowed by the IB to deliver the Diploma fully online.

02

Built around your life

The schedule moves around training, travel and competition, not the other way around. Live classes, a 1:12 class ratio, and two global timetables built to serve multiple time zones.

03

Coached for the whole student

Mindset and nutrition coaching from UK-qualified teachers holding industry qualifications in high performance, who work with young people as a full-time discipline rather than a side note to sport.

04

Habits, not just grades

Being well and doing well are taught side by side, every two weeks, inside the school day. Not left to chance, and not left to whoever is loudest on a feed.

Week 1: Performance Nutrition

Practical, whole-food education built for young people who train: fuelling before a session, recovering afterwards, hydration, breakfast that holds, and the cooking skills to do it without a parent in the room. Taught as education, never as prescription.

Alongside it, every term

Optional one-to-one athlete mentoring and optional parent workshops. Everything runs live inside the existing Eastwood Global timetable, not on a separate platform or a second log-in. The programme launches for Term 1 of the 2026-27 academic year and continues into Term 2.

Eastwood Global // The Idea

Be well.
Do well.

Not two things to balance. One discipline, taught together, on the same timetable as everything else.

Both. Every month. Included.

Eastwood Global // Not Only Athletes

Anyone performing under pressure

Athletes feel the gap first and hardest, because their margins are thinner. But the distance between how well a student is and how well a student performs sits underneath almost every family's decision about school. Musicians, competitors, and students simply growing up in public all get the same live sessions, included.

Eastwood Global // Questions

Before you book

Is this only for elite athletes?
No. The sessions are part of the school day for Eastwood Global students aged 11 to 18. Competitive athletes feel the need first, because their margins for a poorly managed week are thinner, but the habits taught apply to any student working under pressure.
Does this replace PE, or my child's own club training?
No. HPS coaches teach the habits behind performance, mindset and fuelling, rather than delivering physical training. Your child's own coaches, club and training programme stay exactly as they are. The school works around them.
Is it a separate platform or log-in?
No. Sessions run live inside the existing Eastwood Global timetable, in the same place as every other class.
What if my child does not train competitively?
Nothing changes. The session is included for every enrolled student in the age range, and the material is written for young people in general, not for a specific sport.
How does it work across time zones?
Eastwood Global runs two global timetables built to serve students in different regions, with a 1:12 class ratio in live classes. Admissions will map your child's training and competition calendar against both during the discovery call.
